What we offer at our venue...

Furniture and Setup

We will go over floor plans to customize your event to your needs. When you come in for your event the furniture will be set up for you so you can decorate right away. We also take care of the break down and clean up for your event, you just need to remove anything you wish to keep.

Catering Facilities

Our venue features a prep kitchen separate from the main event space. Which includes a stove, microwave, sinks and a walk-in cooler to accommodate all your event needs. We also have a bar area for your beverage set up.

Food and Beverage Policy

At the Old Towne Civic Center, you have the freedom to choose your own catering options and beverages. (Please contact our venue manager to discuss which options are available for the type of event you wish to have) We have an ice machine on the premises for your event needs plus coolers if needed.

Outdoor Courtyard

Our stunning courtyard features a cascading waterfall, outdoor lighting, outside bar and a full stage for your entertainment. This picturesque space can be reserved along with our indoor facilities, providing a versatile and memorable setting for any event.

What is the booking and payment process?

Event dates can be held for 48 hours if available. Within this period, a contract must be signed and a 50% deposit of the total rental fees is required. The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event. A payment plan is also available.

What facilities are included in the rental?

Rentals include the number of tables and chairs needed to accommodate your guests. We also provide a full caterer’s kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, sinks, and a walk-in cooler. Note: If you provide your own setup and teardown of tables and chairs, no additional charge will be applied.

Can I choose my own caterer?

Yes, you have the flexibility to select your own caterer or provide your own food and beverage. We supply ice for each function, but lessees must bring their own serving utensils, tablecloths, centerpieces, and other necessary items.
